右美托咪定联合咪达唑仑经鼻滴注在小儿静吸复合全麻的临床应用

Clinical Application of Dexmedetomidine Combined with Midazolam by Nasal Drip in Pediatric Intravenous Inhalation Combined General Anesthesia

目的探讨右美托咪定联合咪达唑仑经鼻滴注在小儿静吸复合全麻的应用效果。方法60例外科手术患儿随机分为两组。麻醉前15 min,对照组给予生理盐水经鼻滴注,观察组给予右美托咪定联合咪达唑仑混合液经鼻滴注。比较两组的临床指标、麻醉躁动情况及疼痛程度。结果观察组T1和T2时的HR、收缩压、舒张压均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的PAED和FLACC疼痛评分均随着恢复时间的延长而降低(P<0.05),观察组t1、t2、t3时的PAED评分和FLACC疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论经鼻滴注右美托咪定联合咪达唑仑用于小儿静吸复合全麻的镇静效果较佳,可改善患儿的躁动情况,降低患儿的疼痛感。

Objective To explore the application effect of dexmedetomidine combined with midazolam by nasal drip in pediatric intravenous inhalation combined general anesthesia.Methods 60 cases of surgical children were randomly divided into two groups.15 min before anesthesia,the control group was given saline by nasal drip,the observation group was given dexmedetomidine combined with midazolam by nasal drip.The clinical indicators,anesthesia agitation and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results The HR,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure at T1 and T2 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The PAED and FLACC pain scores of the two groups decreased with the prolongation of recovery time(P<0.05);The PAED and FLACC pain scores at t1,t2 and t3 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Dexmedetomidine combined with midazolam by nasal drip applied in pediatric intravenous inhalation combined general anesthesia has good sedative effect,which can improve the agitation and reduce the pain of children.
