基于Caprini血栓风险评估量表的分级护理模式在高血压患者中的应用及其预防DVT的效果

Application of Graded Nursing Mode Based on Caprini Thrombosis Risk Assessment Scale in Patients with Hypertension and Its Effect on Preventing DVT

目的探讨基于Caprini血栓风险评估量表的分级护理模式在高血压患者中的应用及预防深静脉血栓(DVT)的效果。方法90例高血压患者随机分为两组各45例,对照组予以常规护理,观察组予以基于Caprini血栓风险评估量表的分级护理,比较两组的血压水平、护理依从性、生活质量、DVT发生率及肢体症状。结果干预后,观察组的血压水平低于对照组,护理依从性评分和生活质量评分均高于对照组,DVT、肢体肿胀、肢体疼痛、皮肤色泽异常发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于Caprini血栓风险评估量表的分级护理模式可以改善高血压患者血压情况,提高护理依从性和生活质量,降低DVT发生率。

Objective To explore the application of graded nursing mode based on Caprini thrombosis risk assessment scale in patients with hypertension and its effect on preventing deep vein thrombosis(DVT).Methods 90 patients with hypertension were randomly divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received graded nursing based on Caprini thrombus risk assessment scale.The blood pressure levels,nursing compliance,quality of life,and incidences of DVT and limb symptoms were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the blood pressure levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of nursing compliance and quality of life were higher than those of the control group,and the incidences of DVT,limb swelling,limb pain and skin color abnormality were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Graded nursing mode based on Caprini thrombosis risk assessment scale can improve the blood pressure of patients with hypertension,improve nursing compliance and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of DVT.
