基于人文关怀理念的个性化护理在先兆流产孕妇中的应用

Application of Personalized Nursing Based on Humanistic Care Concept in Pregnant Women with Threatened Abortion

目的探讨基于人文关怀理念的个性化护理在先兆流产孕妇中的应用效果。方法选取2019年12月至2021年11月我院收治的76例先兆流产孕妇,随机分为两组各38例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于人文关怀理念的个性化护理干预。比较两组的不良心理状态、睡眠质量和保胎成功率。结果干预后,两组的SAS、SDS及PSQI评分均低于干预前,且观察组的SAS、SDS及PSQI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的保胎成功率为97.37%,高于对照组的78.95%(P<0.05)。结论基于人文关怀理念的个性化护理可有效缓解先兆流产孕妇的不良心理状态,改善睡眠质量,提高保胎成功率。

Objective To explore the application effect of personalized nursing based on humanistic care concept in pregnant women with threatened abortion.Methods 76 pregnant women with threatened abortion admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to November 2021 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received personalized nursing intervention based on humanistic care concept on the basis of the control group.The adverse psychological state,sleep quality and success rate of fetal preservation were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and the SAS,SDS and PSQI scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of fetal preservation of the observation group was 97.37%,higher than 78.95%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Personalized nursing based on humanistic care concept can effectively alleviate the adverse psychological state of pregnant women with threatened abortion,improve sleep quality and improve the success rate of fetal preservation.
