团队协作式护理在新生儿肺透明膜病治疗中的应用

Application of Team Collaborative Nursing in the Treatment of Neonatal Hyaline Membrane Disease

目的探讨团队协作式护理在新生儿肺透明膜病(NHMD)治疗中的应用效果。方法90例NHMD新生儿按照入组顺序分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用团队协作式护理,比较两组的恢复情况、并发症及家属满意度。结果观察组的机械通气时间、NICU住院时间及PS使用次数均少于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,CCFSS各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论团队协作式护理可缩短NHMD新生儿的住院时间,减少并发症的发生,提高家属的满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of team collaborative nursing in the treatment of neonatal hyaline membrane disease(NHMD).Methods 90 neonates with NHMD were divided into two groups according to the order of enrollment.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received team collaborative nursing.The recovery,complications and satisfaction degree of relatives were compared between the two groups.Results The mechanical ventilation time,NICU hospitalization time and PS use times in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group,and the scores of CCFSS dimensions were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Team collaborative nursing can shorten the hospitalization time of neonates with NHMD,reduce the occurrence of complications,and improve the satisfaction degree of relatives.
