前馈控制联合激励式护理在甲状腺癌患者围术期中的应用

Application of Feedforward Control Combined with Incentive Nursing in Perioperative Period of Patients with Thyroid Cancer

目的探讨前馈控制联合激励式护理在甲状腺癌患者围术期中的应用效果。方法70例行甲状腺切除的甲状腺癌患者随机分为两组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用前馈控制联合激励式护理,比较两组的围术期指标及并发症。结果观察组的下床活动时间、住院时间及引流管留置时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的25.71%(P<0.05)。结论前馈控制联合激励式护理可明显改善甲状腺癌患者的围术期指标,降低并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the application effect of feedforward control combined with incentive nursing in perioperative period of patients with thyroid cancer.Methods 70 patients with thyroid cancer who underwent thyroidectomy were randomly divided into two groups.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received feedforward control combined with incentive nursing on the basis of the control group.The perioperative indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The ambulation time,hospitalization time and drainage tube indwelling time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications of the observation group was 5.71%,lower than 25.71% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Feedforward control combined with incentive nursing can significantly improve the perioperative indicators of patients with thyroid cancer and reduce the incidence of complications.
