国产甲烷化催化剂在煤制天然气项目中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 煤制天然气技术的煤炭综合利用率高,是对我国“少气”短板的一个有效补充。但煤制天然气技术的核心甲烷化催化剂被国外垄断,不仅削弱了企业的经济效益,还制约了我国煤制清洁能源的发展。为增加我国的能源供给,打破国外对甲烷化催化剂的垄断,实现我国煤制天然气项目甲烷化催化剂的国产化替代,国内某公司甲烷化催化剂于2021年5月在河南晋控天庆煤化工有限责任公司煤制天然气装置上实现主反应器甲烷化催化剂的国产化替代应用,并通过168 h的满负荷连续运行考核。经过近10个月的运行,证明国产甲烷化催化剂的活性指标达到国外同类产品标准,但甲烷化催化剂床层的阻力升高相对偏快。此外,国产甲烷化催化剂的供货价格和供货周期均优于国外催化剂,具有显著的经济效益。 The coal-to-nature gas technology has a high comprehensive utilization rate of coal, which is an effective supplement to the short board of “little gas” in China. However, the core methanation catalysts of coal-to-natural gas technology is monopolized by foreign countries, which not only weakens the economic efficiency of domestic enterprises, but also restricts the development of clean energy from coal. In order to increase the energy supply in China, break the foreign monopoly of methanation catalysts and realize domestic substitution of methanation catalysts for China’s coal-to-natural gas project, a domestic company realized the localization substitution application of methanation catalysts in the main reactor of coal-to-natural gas plant of Henan Jinkong Tianqing Coal Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. in May 2021, and passed the 168 h full load continuous testing. After nearly 10 months of operation, it is proved that the activity index of domestic methanation catalyst reaches the standard of similar foreign products, but the resistance of methanation catalyst bed increases relatively fast. In addition, the supply price and supply cycle of the domestic methanation catalysts are better than those of foreign catalysts, with significant economic benefits.
