摘要
改革开放以来,中国进入快速城市化阶段,大量的居住小区平地而起,极大改善了居民的居住条件。但经过30 a的使用,有些小区如今面临建筑破败、配套不足、环境恶化及居民归属感下降等一系列问题。基于一系列城市问题,从建筑学科关注的空间品质为出发点,提出老旧小区的整治规划策略。在嘉兴南湖老旧社区的设计实践中,以“体面城市”为研究理论、“类型学地图”为研究工具,提出相应的规划、建筑、景观、智慧城市一体化、全周期的设计方法。通过对设计方法的提出与总结,展现在老旧小区更新中的创新力、控制力和发展力。
Since the reform & opening up, China has entered the stage of rapid urbanization, and a large number of residential areas have risen from the ground, greatly improving the living conditions of residents. However, after 30 years of use, these communities are now facing a series of problems, such as dilapidated buildings, inadequate supporting facilities, environmental deterioration and the decline of residents’ sense of belonging. Based on this series of urban problems, it puts forward the renovation planning strategy of old residential areas from the perspective of the space quality of architectural discipline. In the design practice of the old community of Nanhu Lake in Jiaxing, with decent city as the research theory and typological maps the research tool, the corresponding design method of planning, architecture, landscape, smart city integration and full cycle is proposed. Through the proposal & summary of the design methods, it shows the innovation, control & development power in the renewal of old residential areas.
