核电厂计算机化规程开发的人因工程活动方法研究

摘要 计算机化规程在核电厂主控制室的使用,为操作员获取和处理信息带来了极大便利,但也引出了新的人因工程类问题。针对计算机化规程的人因问题,分析了计算机化规程系统开发过程中的项目管理活动,提出了运行经验反馈、功能和任务分析、设计验证、验证与确认等关键人因工程活动在计算机化规程开发中的应用方法,介绍了各人因活动的实施过程,以确保开发的计算机化规程系统满足人因原则和要求。 The use of computerized procedures in the main control room of nuclear power plants has brought great convenience for operators to access and process information, but also brought new HFE(Human Factors Engineering) issues. Aiming at the HFE issues of computerized procedure system, this paper analyzes the project management activities in the development process of computerized procedure system, it then proposes a method of key HFE activities applied in the development of computerized procedure,such as operating experience review, function and task analysis, design verification, verification and validation, and it also introduces the implementation process of the mentioned HFE activities, to ensure that the computerized procedure system developed meets the HFE principles and requirements.
