摘要
核电站的建设是个复杂的大国工程,其建设过程中需要使用的零部件数以万计。这些零部件或是民用的工业零部件,或是核电厂质量保证体系下开展设计制造的零部件。近年来,国外核电厂零部件所暴露出的质量问题已直接影响到核电厂的机组运行安全。国内在核电建设中,也汲取了各先进国家的零部件质量管理经验。但由于各个国家不同的核电管理体系及管控要求,对于零部件的质量验证方法在实施方面存在一定的问题。本文是核电厂零部件质量验证系列论文之一,旨在分析国外在零部件质量验证方面存在的问题,并结合国内HAF003核质保体系的管理特点,对零部件质量验证方法提出改进建议,以期对零部件进一步加强质量验证工作。
The construction of nuclear power plant is a complex large-scale project, and tens of thousands of parts and components need to be used in the construction process. These parts and components are civil industrial parts and components designed and manufactured under the quality assurance system of nuclear power plant. In recent years, the quality problems exposed by the parts of nuclear power plant equipment have directly affected the unit operation safety of nuclear power plant. In the process of monitoring, China’s nuclear power plants have learned from the quality management experience of parts in advanced countries. However,due to different nuclear power management systems and control requirements in various countries, there are certain problems in the implementation of quality verification methods for parts. This paper is one of a series of papers on the quality verification of nuclear power plant parts. It aims to analyze the problems existing in the quality verification of parts abroad, and put forward suggestions for improving the quality verification methods of parts in combination with the management characteristics of HAF003 nuclear quality assurance system in China, in order to further strengthen the quality verification of parts.
