摘要
企业铁路运输及自动装车对整个石化公司的生产调度、物料平衡起着极为至关重要的作用。某企业目前已实现铁路“微机信号联锁系统”和可视化远程自动对位装车,具备自动定量灌装功能,满足装车及环保需求。但在装车过程中仍需要人员现场完成铁路机车位置调整、人工计量检尺等操作,存在浪费人力物力和计量误差的问题。本文主要讨论在现有基础上铁路运输及优化装车的可行性,提出一种铁路灌装机车自动定位系统的优化方案,同时对于影响装车计量的因素进行分析并提出了可行性的措施。
Enterprise railway transportation and automatic loading play a very important role in the production scheduling and material balance of the whole petrochemical company.An enterprise has realized railway "microcomputer signal interlocking system" and visual remote automatic loading,with automatic quantitative filling function,to meet the loading and environmental requirements.However,in the loading process,personnel are still needed to complete the operation of railway locomotive position adjustment,manual measurement and checking scale,and there are problems of waste of manpower and material resources and measurement error.This paper mainly discusses the feasibility of railway transportation and optimization of loading on the existing basis,and proposes a railway filling is the optimization of automatic positioning system of locomotive.At the same time,the factors affecting loading measurement are analyzed and feasible measures are put forward.
