摘要
硒是人体必需的微量元素。植物基体复杂、硒形态种类繁多,其前处理是植物中硒形态分析准确、高效的关键。文章综述了液相萃取法、固相萃取法、液相微萃取法、固相微萃取法等植物样品硒形态分析的前处理技术及其应用,指出未来硒形态分析的前处理技术将向微型化、简便化、绿色化、超痕量方向发展。
Selenium is an essential micronutrient of the human body.Pretreatment is vital to the accuracy and high efficiency of selenium speciation analysis in plant samples.This paper reviewed the pretreatment techniques and their applications for the speciation analysis of selenium in plant samples on liquid phase extraction,solid phase extraction,liquid phase microextraction,and solid phase microextraction.The new trends on miniaturization,simplification,greening,and ultra-trace for the pretreatment techniques of selenium speciation analysis in the future were also carried out.
