硫酸锰制备工艺研究进展

Research Progress on Preparation Technology of Manganese Sulfate

硫酸锰是一种重要的锰盐产品,由于高品位锰矿紧缺,通过低品位锰矿制备硫酸锰重要性日益突出。但是这一技术路线存在生产工艺欠成熟,存在浸取工段所得浸取原料液杂质含量高,直接生产的硫酸锰纯度低,需要除杂后处理等问题。文章系统总结了硫酸锰制备和后续除杂处理相关方法,并对相关技术难点进行分析。

Manganese sulfate is an important manganese salt product.Due to the shortage of high grade manganese ore,it is increasingly important to prepare manganese sulfate from low grade manganese ore.However,there are some problems in this technical route,such as immature production process,high impurity interference in leaching process,low purity of manganese sulfate product,and the need for impurity removal and post-treatment.This article systematically summarizes the preparation of manganese sulfate and the subsequent cleaning and post-treatment process,and analyzes the related technical difficulties.
