摘要
通过考察不同温度下,硫酸锰水溶液中硫酸及锰含量对钙溶解度的影响规律,提出净化除钙方法,为锰矿酸浸液钙杂质的去除提供理论依据。结果表明,通过控制溶液中硫酸含量、锰含量及溶液温度,可实现钙杂质含量的控制。
By investigating the influence of the concentrations of sulfuric acid and manganese on the solubility of calcium in manganese sulfate solution, the method of removal of calcium impurities in manganese sulfate solution has been put forward, which can provide theoretical basis for the removal of calcium impurities in manganese acid leaching liquid. The results showed that the content of calcium impurities can be controlled by regulating the concentrations of sulfuric acid and manganese and the temperature of the solution.
