目前国内采用最多的是多效蒸发制盐工艺,MVR蒸发制盐工艺最近几年也逐渐增多,无论哪种制盐工艺,实现无人工干预的自动排盐都是一个难题。文章采用DCS控制系统实现盐浆固液比的自动检测,与排料控制阀组成闭环控制回路,实现自动排盐控制。

No matter which salt making process is adopted, it is a big problem to realize automatic salt discharge without manual intervention. In this article, the DCS control system is used to realize the automatic detection of the solid-liquid ratio of the salt slurry, and the closed-loop control loop is formed with the discharge control valve to realize the automatic salt discharge control.
