摘要
空预器堵塞是燃煤电厂普遍存在的问题,对机组的安全和经济性有较大的影响。本文针对国能常州发电有限公司空预器堵塞问题,提出空预器吹灰措施调整和换热元件更换2种治堵方案,分析2种方案实施后空预器差压变化,对比不同堵塞治理方案的效果,研究空预器差压对风机能耗以及风烟系统的影响。方案实施后,三大风机能耗均有不同程度的降低,一次风压的稳定性得到加强,同时提高了风烟系统的安全性,为同类型燃煤电厂空预器堵塞问题处理及分析提供借鉴。
Air preheater choking is a common problem in coal-fired power plants,which has a great influence on the safety and efficiency of units.In response to the air preheater choking problem of CHN Energy Changzhou Power Generation Co.,Ltd.,this paper presents two choking control solutions,i.e.,adjusting the air preheater soot blowing measures and replacing the heat exchange elements.By analyzing the change of air preheater differential pressure after the implementation of the two solutions and comparing the effect of different choking control solutions,this paper introduces the study on the effect of air preheater differential pressure on the fan energy consumption as well as the flue-gas and air system.After the implementation of the solutions,the energy consumption of the three major fans was reduced to different degrees,the stability of the primary air pressure was enhanced,and the safety of the flue-gas and air system was improved,which provides a reference for the treatment and analysis of air preheater choking problem in the same type of coal-fired power plants.
