品管圈活动在首次化疗患者PICC置管接受率中的应用

Application of Quality Control Circle Activity in Improving the Acceptance Rate of Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter in Patients with First Chemotherapy

目的探讨品管圈活动(quality control circle,QCC)对提高首次化疗患者(peripherally inserted central catheter,PICC)置管接受率的效果。方法采用回顾性分析方法,选取2021年10月至2022年1月住院已出院的需行PICC置管首次化疗的158例已出院患者作为对照组,采用常规护理流程进行PICC置管前护理;选择2022年2月至2022年6月需行PICC置管首次化疗的172例已出院患者作为观察组,置管前进行品管圈活动干预,比较两组患者的PICC置管接受率。结果对照组和观察组的置管接受率分别为36.71%和61.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论品管圈活动能有效提高首次化疗患者PICC置管接受率。

Objective To explore the effect of quality control circle(QCC)on improving the acceptance rate of peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC)in patients undergoing chemotherapy for the first time.Methods A retrospective analysis method was used.A total of 158 discharged patients who were hospitalized and discharged from October 2021 to January 2022 and needed PICC catheterization for first chemotherapy were selected as the control group,and routine nursing process was used for pre-PICC nursing;a total of 172 discharged patients who needed PICC catheterization for the first chemotherapy from February 2022 to June 2022 were selected as the observation group,and the quality control circle intervention was carried out before catheterization.The acceptance rate of PICC catheterization was compared between the two groups.Results The acceptance rates of catheterization in the control group and the observation group were 36.71%and 61.05%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Quality control circle activities can effectively improve the acceptance rate of PICC in patients with first chemotherapy.
