习近平外交思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,也是推进新时代中国对外工作的根本遵循和行动指南。作为科学的理论体系,其内在机理是理论逻辑、历史逻辑与实践逻辑的有机统一,即对马克思主义国际关系理论的继承和创新、中华优秀传统文化的吸收和借鉴、百年未有之大变局情境下的审视与思考。这三重逻辑并非孤立存在或简单叠加,而是辩证耦合的有机整体,是习近平总书记根据时代发展,不断把马克思主义基本原理同中国具体实际相结合、同中华优秀传统文化相结合,并在研究解决新时代中国对外关系重大问题中得出的创新性成果,使我国对外工作呈现出鲜明的时代特色和中国风格。

China′s foreign work has presented distinctive characteristics of the times and Chinese style.
