基于人员分配的舰载机出动调运指挥模型

Dispatch and Command Model of Shipboard Aircraft Based on Personnel Allocation

为提高舰载机出动率,最大限度减少保障人员平均工作时间,提出一种基于人员分配的舰载机出动调运指挥模型。对舰载机出动调运保障工作时序、能力及流程进行分析;根据舰载机出动调运保障的特点,建立基于人员分配的舰载机出动调运指挥模型,对舰载机出动调运指挥进行优化,并结合实例验证了模型的可行性。结果表明,该模型能提高舰载机的飞行保障效率,减少保障人员的工作量。

In order to improve the dispatch rate of shipboard aircraft and minimize the average working time of support personnel,a shipboard based aircraft dispatch command model based on personnel allocation is proposed.Firstly,the sequence,capability and process of dispatch and transportation support of shipboard aircraft are analyzed;Secondly,according to the characteristics of shipboard aircraft dispatching and transportation support,a shipboard aircraft dispatching and transportation command model based on personnel distribution is established to optimize the shipboard aircraft dispatching and transportation command;Finally,an example is given to verify the feasibility of the proposed model.The results show that the model can improve the flight support efficiency of a shipboard aircraft and reduce the workload of support personnel.
