准确衡量数字经济的创新效应——基于数字溢出视角

Accurately Measuring the Innovation Effects of the Digital Economy:Based on the Perspective of Digital Spillover

数字经济作为新一轮科技革命的集中体现,正在成为信息时代推动创新发展的新抓手。文章基于数字溢出视角,在检验数字经济和区域创新能力空间相关性的基础上,深入研究数字经济对区域创新能力提升的空间影响,并探讨知识产权保护和市场整合的空间调节效应。结果表明:数字经济不仅能够促进本地区区域创新能力提升,而且对其他地区存在积极的空间溢出效应,这一结论在不同空间权重矩阵下依旧成立;知识产权保护和市场整合能够加强数字经济对区域创新能力提升的效用,但过度的知识产权保护不利于产生数字溢出效应。上述研究结论对百年未有之大变局下更为有效地发展数字经济,促进区域创新能力提升和数字中国建设具有重要意义。

As the concentrated embodiment of the new round of scientific and technological revolution, digital economy is becoming a new engine to promote innovation and development in the information age. Based on the perspective of digital spillover, this paper tests the spatial correlation between digital economy and regional innovation ability, and deeply studies the spatial impact of digital economy on the promotion of regional innovation ability, then discusses the spatial regulation effect of intellectual property protection and market integration. The results show that the digital economy can not only promote regional innovation capacity in the region but also has positive spatial spillover effects on other regions, and this conclusion is still valid under different spatial weight matrices. Intellectual property protection and market integration can strengthen the effectiveness of digital economy in improving regional innovation ability, but excessive intellectual property protection is not conducive to digital spillover effect. The above research conclusions are of great significance to the more effective development of digital economy, the promotion of regional innovation ability and the construction of digital China.
