摘要 员工自我效能感对单位人力资源的管理和各项工作的有效落实起到至关重要的作用。文章通过提出工作幸福感与自我效能感的假说,基于某事业单位人员的实证研究,运用问卷调查法获取数据并进行相关分析和回归分析,论证了工作幸福感、自我效能感和共享性绩效激励之间的相互作用机制,探讨员工工作幸福感对自我效能感的影响以及绩效激励的中介作用。研究发现,员工工作幸福和自我效能感属于中等偏上的水平;研究变量在控制变量性别、年龄、学历和工作时间上无显著性差异;工作幸福感对自我效能感具有显著正向影响;工作幸福感对绩效激励具有显著正向影响;绩效激励对自我效能感具有显著正向影响;共享性绩效激励在工作幸福感与自我效能感之间具有部分中介作用。 Employees’self-effi cacy plays a vital role on the management of human resources and the eff ective implementation of all work.By putting forward the hypothesis of job happiness and self-efficacy,basing on the empirical study on the staff of a public institution,this paper uses the questionnaire method to obtain data and carry out correlation analysis and regression analysis,demonstrates the interaction mechanism among job happiness,selfefficacy and shared performance incentive,and discusses the influence of employees’job happiness on self-efficacy and the mediating role of performance incentive.The study shows that employees’job happiness and self-effi cacy are above the average level;the study variables are not significantly different in control variables including sex,age,educational background and working time;job happiness has a significant positive infl uence on self-effi cacy;job happiness has a signifi cant positive infl uence on performance incentive;performance incentive has a signifi cant positive infl uence on self-effi cacy;shared performance incentive has a partial mediating role between job happiness and self-effi cacy.
