摘要
员工绿色行为是减少企业经营活动对自然环境的负面影响、提升企业竞争优势的关键因素。本文基于资源保存理论,探究了企业社会责任对员工绿色行为的作用机制,检验了感知利益的中介作用和环保领导的调节作用。实际表明,内外部企业社会责任对员工绿色行为有显著正向影响,学习利益、自尊利益在内外部企业社会责任与员工绿色行为之间起中介作用,环保领导调节了内部企业社会责任对员工绿色行为的影响。基于此,企业积极履行内部社会责任时,应通过企业社会责任培训,提升员工的企业社会责任知识,履行企业社会责任的能力和技能。企业履行外部社会责任时,应积极引导和支持员工参与企业社会责任行动,增加员工的自豪感和自尊。此外,还应选拔和培养环保领导。
Employee green behavior is a key factor to reduce the negative influence of business activities on the natural environment and enhance the competitive advantage of enterprises. Based on the conservation of resource theory, this paper explores the infl uence mechanism of corporate social responsibility on employee green behavior, and tests the mediating role of perceived benefi ts and the moderating role of environmental leadership. The results show that external and internal corporate social responsibility directly impact green behavior, learning benefits and self-esteem benefits mediate the effect of external and internal corporate social responsibility on employee green behavior, and environmental leadership moderates the eff ect of internal corporate social responsibility on employee green behavior. Based on this, when an enterprise actively performs its internal social responsibility, it should improve its employees’ knowledge of corporate social responsibility and their ability and skills to perform corporate social responsibility through corporate social responsibility training. When fulfi lling external social responsibilities, enterprises should actively guide and support employees to participate in corporate social responsibility activities, and increase their pride and self-esteem. In addition, environmental leadership should be selected and cultivated.
