全球产业链供应链出现分散多元、内顾排他、区域强化等新特点。上海应完善多元化的供应链体系,切实保障供应链安全运行,避免被动“脱钩断链”;加强区域整合,推进长三角产业链协同发展;增强自主创新能力,加快突破关键核心技术与关键环节瓶颈制约,大力推进产业基础高级化,提升产业链供应链自主可控能力和现代化水平;围绕重点领域加快构建新型产业体系,重塑产业国际竞争新优势。

The global industrial chain supply chain has new characteristics such as diversification,internal exclusion and regional strengthening.Shanghai should improve the diversified supply chain system,ensure the safe operation of the supply chain and avoid passive“decoupling and breaking the chain”;strengthen regional integration and promote the synergistic development of the industrial chain in Yangtze River Delta;enhance independent innovation capability,accelerate the breakthrough of key core technology and key link bottleneck constraints,vigorously promote the advanced industrial base,and enhance the independent controllability and modernization of the industry chain and supply chain;accelerate the construction of new industrial system around key areas and reshape new advantages of international competition in industry.
