摘要
高校教师的获得感主要来源于相对稳定的物质待遇和有差异的“人际待遇”,基于部分高校教师获得感偏低的现实,提升教师获得感、激发学校发展活力是当前高等教育必须研究的重要课题。博弈论对于辨析高校教师“人际待遇”获得的各种关系上具备极大的适切性,以博弈方法对教师“参与认同”“科研共济”“育才成就”“价值转化”四个“人际待遇”主要关系进行解构,探索提高教师获得感的有效途径,通过有效激发教师内部潜力、完善内部治理体系来推动高校办学发展,具有较高的实践价值。
The sense of gain of college teachers mainly comes from relatively stable material treatment and differentiated“interpersonal treatment”.Since some college teachers have a low sense of gain,improving teachers’sense of gain and stimulating the vitality of school development become an important topic in current higher education.Game theory is of great relevance to the analysis of various relationships acquired by college teachers’“interpersonal treatment”;thus,the author uses it to deconstruct the four main relationships of“interpersonal treatment”in their“identification of participation”,“assistance in scientific research”,“achievement in talent cultivation”and“value transformation”,explore effective ways to improve teachers’sense of gain,and promote the development of universities by effectively stimulating the internal potential of teachers and improving the internal governance system.It is believed that such research has high practical value.
