摘要
师范生党员兼具党员和师范生双重身份,其素养关系着下一代人才培育的质量。探索师范生党员党性教育与师德教育的融合路径,因二者具有内在统一性,且培养方法与内容高度相似,具备融合条件。当前师范生党员发展仍存在诸如党性教育与师德教育未能较好融合、党员发展工作“先紧后松”、师范生党员的先锋模范作用发挥不明显等不足。实践中应加强队伍建设,在思想理论、制度考核、志愿服务活动等方面着力,促进师范生党员全面发展,充分发挥先锋模范作用,为党和国家培养“四有好老师”。
Party membersamong normal students(PMNS)have the dual identities of Party members and normal students and their qualities are related to the quality of the next generation of talent cultivation.This paper explores the integrating path of the Party spirit education and teachers’moral educationfor PMNS,as the training methods and contents are highly similar and they have the conditions for integrationowing to their internal unity.At present,there are still some deficiencies in the development of PMNS,such as the weak integration,the“tense first and then loose”work of Party members’development,and the lack of obvious pioneering and exemplary role of PMNS.In practice,we should strengthen the team building,exert great effortsin ideological theory,system assessment,voluntary service activities and other aspects,promote the all-round development of PMNS,give full play to the vanguard and exemplary role,and cultivate“four-good teachers”for the Party and the country.
