便携式白光共聚焦轮轴曲面划痕检测装置的研究 被引量:1

Research on Portable Scratch Detection Device for Axis Curved Surface of White Light Confocal Wheel

摘要 为解决机车轮轴检修过程中划痕深度检测难题,基于轮轴金属表面动态曝光补偿方法和划痕区域补偿算法,对共聚焦传感器、便携式位移滑台和控制系统进行系统化和集约化设计,设计了一种便携式白光共聚焦轮轴曲面划痕检测装置,实现了轮轴曲面划痕的现场检测。动态调光实验结果表明,该装置测量金属反射面的精度可达到±1.8μm;采用标准单刻线样板进行了精度验证实验,示值误差最大值为-2.3μm。 Aiming at the problem of scratch depth detection in the process of locomotive axle maintenance, a portable white light confocal axle surface scratch detection device was designed based on the dynamic exposure compensation method of axle metal surface and scratch area compensation algorithm. Through the systematic and intensive design of the confocal sensor, portable displacement slide and control system, the on-site detection of axle surface scratch was realized.The experimental results show that the device can measure the metal reflective surface with an accuracy of ±1.8 μm. In the precision verification experiment with a standard single-scribed line template, the maximum indication error was-2.3 μm.
