摘要 电磁兼容能力验证计划实施周期较长,样品长期稳定性引入的不确定度不容忽视,会对能力评定标准差的计算带来较大影响,从而对结果评价造成影响。对样品长期稳定性等引入的不确定度对能力验证计划结果评价的影响进行探讨,并提出在计算能力评定标准差时应考虑样品长期稳定性等引入的不确定度,从而使得结果评价更客观合理。 Due to the long implementation period of the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)proficiency testing program,the uncertainty introduced by the long-term stability of the samples cannot be ignored,which will have a more significant impact on the calculation of the standard deviation of the proficiency assessment and thus on the evaluation of the results.This paper discusses the influence of the uncertainties introduced by the long-term stability of samples on the evaluation of the results of the proficiency testing program,and proposes that the uncertainties introduced by the long-term stability of samples should be taken into account when calculating the standard deviation of proficiency testing,so as to evaluate the results more objective and reasonable.
