摘要
异噁唑啉是一类新型的体外杀虫剂,通过抑制无脊椎动物神经系统中的谷氨酸和γ-氨基丁酸门控氯离子通道发挥杀虫作用。近年来,国内外已经有异噁唑啉类化合物抗外寄生虫(包括蜱虫、跳蚤和螨虫等)药物被批准上市。本文对已上市的异噁唑啉类药物的作用机制、联合用药、药代动力学及临床药效等方面进行综述,以期对此类药物进一步的应用及开发提供参考。
Isoxazolim is a novel class of in vitro insecticides that exert insecticidal effects by inhibiting glutamic acid and γ-aminobutyric acid-gated chloride channels in the invertebrate nervous system.In recent years,there have been ectoparasites(including ticks,fleas and mites) drugs at home and abroad that have been approved for marketing.This article reviews the mechanism of action,combination of drugs,pharmacokinetics and clinical efficacy of marketed is reviewed,with a view to providing reference for the further application and development of such drugs.
