基于AGIL模型的高职体育校本课程开发路径的研究

摘要 新时代要求高职院校体育校本课程开发要指向学生核心素养的培育,遵从共同的价值观引领,将国家对教育的要求与学校、社会、教师、学生以及人民的幸福统一起来。但就目前情况而言,高职院校体育校本课程开发未能满足新时代的要求,并陷入了现实的困境中。帕森斯“AGIL”模型为体育校本课程开发陷入困境的原因提供了社会学的回答。研究发现,4个功能弱化是导致其陷入困境的主要原因。分别为:(1)适应功能弱化,体育校本课程开发难以适应新时代的总体需求;(2)目标达成功能弱化,体育校本课程开发脱离了育人总目标;(3)整合功能弱化,体育校本课程开发主体资源不足;(4)潜在模式维持弱化,体育校本课程开发未能凸显开发理念且缺乏制度约束。为此,体育校本课程开发要脱离困境,需要提升其适应功能,加强目标达成功能,改善整合功能,优化潜在模式维持功能。这也是保证体育校本课程开发朝着正确的方向不断前行的基石。 the “new era” society requires that the development of physical education school-based curriculum in higher vocational colleges should focus on the cultivation of studentscore qualities, following the guidance of common values, and unifying the national requirements for education with the happiness of schools, society, teachers, students and people.However, as far as the current situation is concerned, the school-based curriculum development of physical education in higher vocational colleges has failed to meet the requirements of the “new era”and has fallen into a real dilemma.Parsons’ AGIL model provides a sociological answer to the reasons for the plight of school-based curriculum development in physical education.The study found that the weakening of four functions is the main reason for its plight.First, the adaptation function is weakened, and the development of physical education school-based curriculum is difficult to meet the overall needs of the “new era”society;Second, the function of achieving goals is weakened, and the development of physical education school-based curriculum is divorced from the general goal of educating people;The third is the weakening of the integration function, and the fourth is the lack of integration of the main resources of school-based curriculum development;The potential mode remains weakened, and the development of school-based curriculum of physical education fails to highlight the development concept and lacks normative system.Therefore, in order to get rid of the difficulties in the development of school-based sports curriculum, we need to improve its adaptation function, strengthen the goal achievement function, improve the integration function, and optimize the potential mode maintenance function, so as to ensure that the school-based sports curriculum continues to move in a new direction.
