摘要
课堂参与度是课堂教学质量的基本保证,但是许多教师对于课堂参与度内涵理解还存在不少误区,对于学生的参与度缺乏科学评价。文章通过多维度的课堂观察,收集相关数据对中小学课堂的参与情况进行分析,进一步揭示和探讨中小学高参与度课堂的特征、一般规律和各教学行为内部的相互关系,并有针对性地提出促进参与度提高的课堂策略,促进教师对于高质量课堂的认知。
Classroom engagement is the basic guarantee of classroom teaching quality, but many teachers still have misunderstandings about the connotation of classroom engagement and lack scientific evaluation of students’ engagement. Through multi-dimensional classroom observation and by collecting relevant data to analyze the engagement in primary and middle school classroom, this paper further reveals and discusses the characteristics, general rules and the internal relationship of various teaching behaviors of primary and middle school high engagement classroom, and puts forward individualized classroom strategies to promote the improvement of engagement, so as to raise teachers’ cognition of high-quality classroom.
