摘要
文章基于变革型领导理论,取样于粤西地区的海岛小学教师,探究小学校长变革型领导对教师工作满意度的影响。结果发现,粤西海岛小学校长的变革型领导水平较高,不同水平变革型领导下的教师工作满意度存在显著差异,并且变革型领导的四个维度对教师工作的外在满意度和内在满意度均有不同程度的正向影响。
Based on transformational leadership theory, this paper samples the primary school teachers of west Guangdong islands to explore the impact of principals’ transformational leadership on teachers’ job satisfaction. The results show that principals of primary schools have a high level of transformational leadership, significant differences exist in teachers’ job satisfaction under its different levels, and its four dimensions have different degrees of positive influence on teachers’ external and internal satisfaction.
