海岛学校一体化教师专业发展的困境、意蕴与实践突破

摘要 海岛学校一体化教师专业发展是开拓海岛学校共同体办学新模式、推进城乡教育优质均衡发展的重要抓手。当前,海岛教师专业发展仍存外在挑战,教师专业认同定位偏离,学校教师自我专业发展的内生动力不足。海岛教育应具有一体化创新的实践理念,提高海岛教师一体化信息能力,完善与推行一体化教师专业发展体系。 The integrated professional development of teachers in island schools is an important starting point to open up a new model of island school community, and promote the high-qualified and balanced development of urban and rural education. At present, the island teachers’ professional development still faces external challenges. The orientation of teachers’ professional identity deviates and the endogenous force of teachers’ professional self-development is insufficient. Island education should have the practical concept of integration and innovation, promote the island teachers’ integrated information ability, and improve and implement the integrated teacher professional development system.
