青少年心理健康教育与服务的路径优化研究——基于广东省湛江市J区的调查

On Route Optimization of Adolescent Mental Health Education and Service:Based on a Survey of District J of Zhanjiang in Guangdong

摘要 在社会生态系统理论的指导下,以定量研究的问卷调查法和定性研究的半结构式访谈法作为资料收集方法,通过对广东省湛江市J区的在校青少年,区团委书记、学校团委书记、检察官以及心理学教师开展调查,充分了解青少年的心理健康状况与服务需求,剖析J区心理健康教育与服务存在的短板,最后从微观、中观和宏观系统分别提出优化青少年心理健康教育与服务的路径。 Under the guidance of the social ecosystem theory, taking questionnaire method of quantitative research and semi-structured interview method of qualitative research as data collection methods, the mental health status and service needs of teenagers are fully learnt, through the investigation of teenagers in District J of Zhanjiang, Guangdong, the secretaries of the district and school Youth League Committee, prosecutors and psychology teachers. The paper analyzes the shortcomings of mental health education and service in District S, and finally tries to propose the path of optimizing adolescent mental health education and service from micro, medium and macro systems respectively.
