摘要
医学教育的第一任务是培养优质的医疗卫生工作者,其本质是辅助科学研究的成果应用于临床工作。因此,临床医学教育应当遵循“以科学研究为本,以临床工作为目标”的指导框架。教学、临床与科研是当代医学生职业发展中最重要的三大方向。如何顺应社会对医生综合能力的需求,将教学、临床与科研有机结合并实现一体化为医学生的综合成长提供最合适的教育方法是目前亟待解决的问题以及难点。文章将首次提出医教研(医疗、教学、科研)一体化(research teaching clinic integration, RTCi)新教学模式,并为RTCi教学模式的实施提供具体参考途径,旨在通过RTCi新教学模式为临床医学生的综合发展以及职业道路上医生、科学家、教师身份的整合提供合理的培养方式。
The first purpose of medical education is to cultivate high-quality medical workers and the essence is to assist the application of scientific research to clinical work.Therefore, clinical medical education should follow "based on scientific research and aiming at clinical work" guidance framework.Teaching, clinical and scientific research are the three most important directions in the career development of contemporary medical students.How to meet the needs of society for doctors’ comprehensive ability, organically combine and integrate teaching, clinical and scientific research, and provide the most appropriate educational method for the comprehensive growth of medical students is an urgent problem to be solved.This paper would put forward the new teaching mode of research teaching clinic integration(RTCi)for the first time, and provide specific reference ways for the implementation of RTCi teaching mode.It aims to provide a reasonable training mode for the comprehensive development of clinical medical students and the integration of doctors, scientists and teachers on the career path through RTCi new teaching mode.
