A Review of COVID-19 Vaccine Hesitancy in China and Influencing Factors

提高疫苗接种率对于保障公众健康、维护公共卫生安全具有重要意义,而疫苗犹豫是影响疫苗接种的最重要因素。通过综述,描述了新冠病毒疫情期间我国疫苗犹豫的现状和测量工具,并探讨主要影响因素。从保护动机理论角度出发,对新冠病毒疫苗接种过程中面临的主要阻碍进行总结。从威胁评估和应对评估的角度解释行为变化的认知中介过程,可以指导疫苗的使用和制定疫苗接种政策。在疫苗接种过程中,科学的宣传和引导非常迫切,应通过政府、接种机构和接种需方三方的配合,着力降低社会公众的疫苗犹豫,提升疫苗接种信心,巩固人群免疫屏障,切实提升人群健康水平。

Raising the vaccination rate is of great significance to protect public health and maintain public health safety, and vaccine hesitancy is the most important factor affecting vaccination.Based on the meaning and main mea-surement methods of vaccine hesitancy, this study described the current situation and measurement tools of vaccine hesitancy in China during the COVID-19 pandemic, and discussed the main influencing factors.Based on the theory of protection motivation, this paper summarized the main obstacles faced in the process of vaccination against COVID-19.Explaining cognitive mediating processes of behavioral change from the perspectives of threat assessment and response assessment can guide vaccine use and policy formulation of vaccinations.In the process of vaccination, scienti-fic publicity and guidance are very urgent, and efforts should be made to reduce the public’s vaccine hesitancy, enhance the confidence of vaccination, consolidate the immune barrier of the population, and effectively improve the health level of the population.
