健康管理中心标准化建设的实践探讨

标准化建设是推动健康体检行业规范、有序、可持续发展的重要举措。以广西健康管理中心为案例,该中心为作为广西健康体检行业唯一一家国家级标准化试点单位,经过持续5年标准化建设的探索与实践,完成了涵盖服务通用基础标准、服务保障标准、服务提供标准三大标准体系的构建,制定了98项企业标准,编制发布了2项广西地方标准,形成了常态化的标准化管理,并高质量完成了标准化试点目标任务。文章首先对健康体检行业的现状及标准化建设相对滞后的状况进行梳理。在此基础上,对广西健康管理中心标准化建设的关键环节、标准体系的构建过程及主要框架内容、标准实施的要点、标准化建设的初步成效进行详细阐述。

Standardization construction is an important initiative to promote the orderly and sustainable development of norms in the health examination industry.As the only national level standardization pilot unit in the health examination industry in Guangxi, Guangxi health management center has completed the construction of the general basic service standard system, the service guarantee standard system and the service provision standard system after five years of exploration and practice, formulated 98 enterprise standards, prepared and released 2 Guangxi local standards, formed a standardized management, and completed the standardization pilot objectives and tasks with high quality.This paper first combs the current situation of the health examination industry and the relatively backward situation of standardization construction.On this basis, the key links of the standardization construction of Guangxi health management center, the construction process and main frame contents of the standard system, the key points of the implementation of the standard, and the initial results of the standardization construction are described in detail.
