转膛自动机驱动机构闭气性能及可靠性建模分析

摘要 为解决转膛自动机驱动机构的闭气问题,以瞬时流量作为闭气性能指标,分别针对转膛衬套轴向间隙和转膛衬套与身管衬套径向间隙的漏气模式,分析了内部间隙、端面压力等共因变量的动态变化过程,并建立了气室模型和粗糙表面流量模型,得到相应的闭气性能函数。通过设计参数的随机性假设和灵敏度分析,确定了单边间隙、膛压、弹性模量3个关键设计参数,应用Box-Behnken试验设计方法建立了带交叉项的时变二次响应面模型,计算得到不同瞬时流量阈值下的闭气可靠度。分析结果为转膛自动机驱动机构的可靠性设计优化提供了理论依据。 In order to solve the sealing problem of the driving mechanism of the revolver cannon,the instantaneous flow rate is used as the sealing performance index.Focusing on two leakage modes owing to the axial gap between the revolving bushing and revolving bushing hole,and the radial gap between the revolving bushing and barrel bushing,the dynamic process of common-cause variables(internal gap and surface contact pressure of the revolving bushing)are analyzed.Sealing performance functions are formed with the establishment of the air-chamber model and rough-surface flow model.Based on the randomness hypothesis of design parmeters and the sensitivity analysis,unilateral gap,chamber pressure,and elastic modulus are determined as critical design parameters.The Box-Behnken experimental design method is exploited to establish the time-varying cross quadratic response surface model and sealing reliability under different instantaneous flow thresholds are calculated.The analysis results provide the theoretical basis for the reliability design and optimization of the driving mechanism of the revolver cannon.
