摘要
根据数字孪生技术国内外研究进展,结合舰炮装备的具体特点,提出了数字孪生舰炮的定义,阐述了数字孪生舰炮在舰炮装备的产品设计、虚拟试验与评估、故障预测与健康管理、使用培训、战法训法研练等方面将会发挥的重要作用。分析了数字孪生舰炮存在的数据获取困难、专用仿真软件少、真实度不高、数据实时交互不易实现等技术难点,提出了发展数字孪生舰炮可采用从部件到产品、从分阶段到全寿命周期、从本地到远程等办法,逐步深入、逐步拓展、逐步延伸的设想,最终实现数字孪生舰炮能够随实物装备同时交付、同时服役的目标,对我国舰炮行业开展数字孪生技术研究工作具有参考作用。
Based on the progress of digital twin technology at home and abroad,the definition of the digital twin naval gun is proposed in consideration of specific characteristics of naval gun equipment.This paper expounds the important role of digital twin naval guns for naval gun development in terms of product design,virtual test and evaluation,fault prediction and health management as well as operational and tactical training.It analyzes the technical difficulties presented by data acquisition,lack of dedicated simulation software,low authenticity and real-time data interaction.This is followed by the proposal that digital twin naval guns should be developed in a step by step manner from parts to pro-ducts,from individual stages to the full life cycle and from local development to remote control.All of this is to realize the goal that digital twin naval guns can be delivered and fielded at the same time as their physical counterparts.The paper serves as a reference for carrying out digital twin technology research in China′s naval gun industry.
