不同地区具备的乡村振兴现实基础和客观条件不同,在实施乡村振兴战略过程中需要选择不同的逻辑与路径。西部地区相对东中部地区,乡村各方面的条件总体落后、基础薄弱,在推进乡村振兴过程中需要重点处理好新型城镇化与乡村振兴、政府与市场、科技创新与产业发展、长期与短期、脱贫攻坚与乡村振兴的关系;通过构建有效市场环境、政策环境和社会环境,激活乡村振兴各要素,促进乡村振兴战略在西部地区高质量落地实施。

The realistic foundation and objective conditions of rural revitalization vary greatly in different regions, so different logic and paths need to be chosen in the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy.Compared with the eastern and central regions, the western region has backward conditions and weak foundations in all aspects of the countryside.In the process of promoting rural revitalization, it is necessary to focus on the following types of relationships: new-type urbanization and rural revitalization, government and market, technological innovation and industrial development, long-term and short-term, and poverty alleviation and rural revitalization.Through the construction of an effective market environment, policy environment, and social environment, all elements of rural revitalization will be activated, and then the rural revitalization strategy will be high-quality implemented in the western region.
