摘要
基于双元理论视角,本文以320家企业为样本,研究了组织双元性对企业绩效的影响,以及知识耦合的中介作用和吸收能力的调节效应。研究结果显示,(1)领导双元性、结构双元性均对企业绩效具有显著正向影响,但情境双元性的影响不显著。(2)领导双元性、结构双元性和情境双元性对知识耦合具有显著正向影响,知识耦合对企业绩效具有显著正向影响,且知识耦合在领导双元性、结构双元性与企业绩效关系中起中介作用。(3)吸收能力正向调节了知识耦合与企业绩效之间的关系,且正向调节了知识耦合在领导双元性、结构双元性与企业绩效关系间的中介作用。研究结果为探索双元理论如何影响企业绩效提供了新的线索。
From the perspective of bivariate theory,as a sample of 320 firms,this paper studies the influence of organizational ambidexterity on firm performance,as well as the mediating effect of knowledge coupling and the moderating effect of absorptive capacity.The results show that:(1)Leadership-based ambidexterity and structural ambidexterity have a significant positive impact on firm performance,but contextual ambidexterity has no significant impact.(2)Leadership-based ambidexterity,structural ambidexterity and contextual ambidexterity have a significant positive effect on knowledge coupling,and knowledge coupling has a significant positive effect on firm performance,and knowledge coupling mediates the relationship between leadership-based ambidexterity,structural ambidexterity and firm performance.(3)Absorptive capacity positively moderates the relationship between knowledge coupling and firm performance,and positively moderates the mediating role of knowledge coupling in the relationship between leadership-based ambidexterity,structural ambidexterity and firm performance.The research results provide new clues for exploring how the bivariate theory affects firm performance.
