摘要
生石灰是一种可以有效改善烧结过程、提高烧结成品矿质量的碱性熔剂,生石灰充分消化后可以提高料温及混合料的成球性,但消化过程中产生的含尘蒸汽存在不易捕集、易粘结在管道上、易产生沉淀等缺点,因此需要安装性能良好的特定除尘器。本文论述了目前消化除尘的主要技术包括复合分级除尘、浸入除尘和水幕除尘技术,以及含尘蒸汽温度较高、除尘效率低、除尘器易堵塞等问题的优化解决方案,发现仍存在设备复杂、维修成本高的问题难以解决。针对以上问题,本文提出了一种能够在密闭环境内完成消化除尘防雾的一体化装置;该设备能够同时实现生石灰的消化、含尘蒸汽除尘、水分回收利用,从而实现消化过程零颗粒物排放。
Quicklime is an alkaline flux that can effectively improve the sintering process and sinter quality because its sufficient digestion increases the temperature and ballability of the mixture.However,it is not easy to capture the dust-containing steam generated from the digestion process,which also easily bonds on the pipeline and produces precipitation.Therefore,it is necessary to install a specific dust collector with good performance.This paper discusses the main dedusting technologies currently used in quicklime digestion process,including composite grading dedusting,immersion wet dedusting,and water curtain dedusting technologies.The improvement in solutions for the problems of high temperature of dust-containing vapor,low dedusting efficiency,and easy deduster blocking is also discussed,and the issues of complicated equipment and high maintenance costs are found to be difficult to solve.In this paper,an integrated device that can complete the digestion,dedusting,and antifogging in a hermetic environment is proposed,which simultaneously realizes the digestion of quicklime,dedusting of dust-containing steam,and recovery and utilization of water,thereby achieving zero particulate matter emission in the digestion process.
