摘要
凭借优良的性能,目前PP无纺布常应用于医疗卫生领域,随着市场的发展,具备灭菌功效的无纺布将有更广阔的应用前景。灭菌型二氧化氯无纺布属于复合型灭菌布,以PP无纺布做载体,分别负载亚氯酸钠(A布)和酸化剂(B布)而成。A布中亚氯酸钠的负载量决定灭菌布的灭菌效果,因此本文将以A布作为研究对象,研究无纺布的聚乙烯醇改性、涂布液的pH值和CMC质量分数对亚氯酸钠负载量及存留稳定性的影响,并对其影响机理进行探讨。研究结果表明:(1)采用PVA改性后的无纺布亲水性增加,从而有效提高负载量;(2)相同CMC质量分数的涂布液,随着pH的上升,亚氯酸钠初始负载量越低,但其存留稳定性越高;当涂布液CMC质量分数为2%、pH=10时其亚氯酸钠初始负载率和存留稳定性最佳。
With its excellent performance,polypropylene non-w oven fabric is often used in the medical and health field.With the development of the market,the non-woven fabric with sterilization effect will have a broader application prospect.Sterilized chlorine dioxide non-woven fabric is composed of PP non-w oven fabric loaded with sodium chlorite and acidifier respectively.This paper will prepare sodium chlorite non-woven fabric with PP non-woven fabric as carrier and coated with coating solution containing sodium chlorite.The effects ofp olyvinyl alcohol modification of non-woven fabric,pH value of coating solution and CMC content on the loading amount and retention stability ofs odium chlorite are studied,and the influence mechanism is discussed.The results showed that:(1) The hydrophilicity of non-woven fabrics modified with PVA increased,which effectively increased the load;(2) For the coating solution with the same CMC concentration,with the increase of pH,the lower the initial load of sodium chlorite,but the higher its retention stability;When the CMC concentration of the coating solution is 2% and pH=10,the initial loading rate and retention stability of sodium chlorite are the best.
