不饱和聚酯/改性石英粉复合材料固化体系对力学性能的影响 被引量:2

Effect of the Curing System of Unsaturated Polyester Resin/Modified Quartz Powder Composite on the Mechanical Properties

摘要 本文以氧化苯甲酰(BPO)/过氧化-2-乙基己酸叔丁酯(OT)为固化体系,制备了不饱和聚酯树脂/改性石英粉复合材料,并对固化体系对该复合材料力学性能的影响进行了研究,分析了固化体系的组成及类型对不饱和树脂基复合材料热固化行为、结构和力学性能的影响。结果表明,固化剂的类型和配比与固化时间、拉伸强度、冲击韧性和亲水性均展现出明显的关联性,其中提高BPO/OT体系中OT占比能有效提升复合材料的拉伸性能和冲击韧性,而且固化剂中OT含量的提高有利于增强复合材料的亲水性,但固化反应效率有所下降,可通过调节BPO/OT配比优化复合材料力学性能和固化效率间的平衡。 Unsaturated polyester resin/modified quartz powder composites were prepared using benzoyl oxide(BPO)/tert-butyl peroxy-2-ethylhexanoate(OT) as the curing system,and the effects of the curing system on the mechanical properties of the composites were investigated.The effects of the composition and type of the curing system on the thermal curing behavior,structure and mechanical properties of the unsaturated resinbased composites were analyzed.The results showed that the types and ratios of curing agents showed significant correlations with curing time,tensile strength,impact toughness and hydrophilicity,in which increasing the percentage of OT in the BPO/OT system could effectively improve the tensile properties and impact toughness of the composites,and the increase of OT content in the curing agent was beneficial to enhance the hydrophilicity of the composites,but reduced the curing reaction efficiency.By adjusting the BPO/OT ratio,the balance between the mechanical properties and curing efficiency of the composite can be optimized.
