摘要
基于离线采样-GC/MS分析,获得了湖北某化工园区4家化工企业污水预处理装置挥发性有机物(VOCs)无组织排放特征和臭氧生成潜势(OFP)。结果表明,污水预处理装置无组织排放的TVOC和TOFP由大至小依次为:石油液化气企业>石油化工企业>有机化工企业>煤焦油企业,其中前3家企业排放的TVOC大于2mg/m^(3),超过相关排放标准。石油液化气企业、石油化工企业的污水预处理装置无组织排放存在VOCs浓度高、OFP贡献大等特点,且普遍存在超标现象。应重视对污水处理车间VOCs的监控、收集与治理,对废水处理系统“全加盖”。
The fugitive emission characteristics and ozone formation potential(OFP) of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) from sewage pretreatment devices of 4 chemical companies in a chemical industry park in Hubei were obtained by off-line sampling-GC/MS analysis.The results show that the TVOC and TOFP discharged by the sewage pretreatment device are as follows:Liquefied petroleum gas enterprise> Petrochemical enterprise> organic chemical enterprise> coal tar enterprise,among which the TVOC discharged by the top three enterprises is greater than 2 mg/m^(3),exceeding the relevant emission standards.The fugitive discharge of sewage pretreatment equipment of Liquefied petroleum gas enterprises and petrochemical enterprises has the characteristics of high VOCs concentration and large OFP contribution,and the phenomenon of exceeding the standard is common.Attention should be paid to the monitoring,collection and treatment of VOCs in the sewage treatment workshop,and the waste water treatment system should be "fully covered".
