无创胎儿DNA检测(non-invasive prenatal testing,NIPT)假阳性是导致增加额外的产前诊断和孕妇依从性降低的重要原因,还可能带来非必要的引产。本文就无创胎儿DNA检测假阳性对产前诊断的影响分析进行综述,通过分析NIPT假阳性的原因,在临床应用中结合不同孕妇的个体情况,为个体化、规范化的产前诊断提供指导和理论依据。

False positive non-invasive DNA testing(NIPT)is an important cause of additional prenatal diagnosis and decreased compliance of pregnant women,and can also lead to the unnecessary induction of labor.This paper reviews the analysis of the influence of false positive non-invasive fetal DNA test on prenatal diagnosis,and provides guidance and theoretical basis for individualized and standardized prenatal diagnosis by analyzing the causes of false positive detection of NIPT and combining the individual situation of different pregnant women in clinical application.
