互动式健康教育对牙周炎患者焦虑状况及口腔保健知识知晓率的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨互动式健康教育对牙周炎患者焦虑状况及口腔保健知识知晓率的影响。方法将145例牙周炎患者按照随机数字表法分为研究组73例和对照组72例。两组均给予常规护理,研究组在此基础上给予互动式健康教育,观察1个月。比较两组遵医行为、护理满意度量表评分及干预前后口腔保健知识总知晓率、汉密顿焦虑量表评分、汉密顿抑郁量表评分。结果研究组口腔保健知识总知晓率显著高于对照组(P<0.01),刷牙时间、刷牙方法、牙线使用、定期复查遵从性良好占比显著高于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。干预后两组汉密顿焦虑量表、汉密顿抑郁量表评分均较干预前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组护理满意度量表的症状缓解、健康教育、护理操作及随访管理维度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论互动式健康教育能提高牙周炎患者口腔保健知识知晓率,提高患者的治疗依从性,改善其心理状况,护理满意度较高。 Objective To explore the effects of interactive health education on anxiety status and awareness rate of oral health knowledge in periodontitis patients.Methods A total of 145 patients with periodontitis were divided into study group(73 cases)and control group(72 cases)according to random number table method.Both groups were given routine nursing,and the study group was given interactive health education on this basis for 1 month.The compliance behavior,nursing satisfaction scale score,total awareness rate of oral health knowledge,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score and Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total awareness rate of oral health knowledge in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.01).The proportion of good compliance in brushing time,brushing method,floss usage and regular reexamination in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05 or 0.01).After intervention,HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The scores of symptom relief,health education,nursing operation and follow-up management of nursing satisfaction scale in study group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusions Interactive health education can improve the awareness rate of oral health knowledge of patients with periodontitis,improve patients'treatment compliance and psychological status,with high nursing satisfaction.
