奥氮平致异态睡眠1例

One case of parasomnias induced by olanzapine

目的报道奥氮平致异态睡眠的个案情况,加强临床医生对该药物的认识。方法分析奥氮平致异态睡眠的临床资料,并通过文献检索分析奥氮平致异态睡眠的发生机制。结果本病例中奥氮平通过阻断5-羟色胺2C受体增加慢波睡眠,从而导致异态睡眠。结论奥氮平在一定条件下引起了异态睡眠,应引起临床医生的警惕。

Objective To report the case of parasomnias induced by olanzapine and strengthen clinicians'understanding of this drug.Methods The clinical data of parasomnias induced by olanzapine were analyzed and the mechanism of parasomnias induced by olanzapine was analyzed by literature search.Results In this case,olanzapine increased slow-wave sleep by blocking 5-hydroxytryptamine 2C receptor,resulting in parasomnias.Conclusions Olanzapine can induce parasomnias under certain conditions,which should arouse the vigilance of clinicians.
