企业放射性废物处理智能化控制信息平台建设

摘要 随着信息技术的飞速发展,利用计算机和信息网络技术进行放射性废物管理已经成为行业发展的重点趋势。分析放射性废物综合处理流程确定信息化建设的信息和数据来源,结合当前废物处理和管理的目标和要求,提出了企业未来放射性废物处理智能化控制信息平台建设的四大系统模块,并对其组成和功能进行了简要的介绍,也为往后的智能化车间的建设提供了几点参考。建设智能化控制信息平台,不仅有利于企业对放射性废物处理及管理情况的实时监测,也有利于提高放射性废物的处理水平和管理能效。 With the rapid development of information technology, the use of computer and information network technology for radioactive waste management has become a key trend of the industry development. By analyzing the integrated radioactive waste treatment process to determine the information and data sources for informatization construction, combined with the current waste treatment and management goals and requirements, four major system modules for the construction of of intelligent control information platform of radioactive waste treatment in the future are proposed, and their composition and functions are briefly introduced, which also provides several references for the construction of intelligent workshops in the future. The construction of an intelligent control information platform is not only conducive to the real-time monitoring of radioactive waste treatment and management by enterprises, but also conducive to the improvement of radioactive waste treatment level and management energy efficiency.
