摘要 通过水热法合成TiO_(2)/GO复合纳米材料,在Q235碳钢表面制备了一系列TiO_(2)/GO/EP复合涂层,并对复合材料进行结构表征,探究不同含量GO对复合涂层光电化学防腐性能的影响。结果表明:TiO_(2)/GO纳米复合材料在紫外光和可见光区域吸收强度有明显提升;不同配比的TiO_(2)/GO/EP复合涂层都具有光电响应和光致阴极保护效果,其中,TiO_(2)/GO/EP-3复合涂层的光电响应最明显,光电流密度为0.003 8 A/cm2,光电压降至-681 mV。在环氧树脂中添加纳米复合粒子后涂层的耐水性、耐碱性更优,耐酸性有所改善,硬度和附着力明显增大,可对Q235碳钢基体提供良好的涂层屏蔽保护和半导体光生阴极保护作用。 In this work,TiO_(2)/GO nanocomposites were synthetized by hydrothermal,and a series of TiO_(2)/GO/EP composite coatings were prepared on the surface of Q235 carbon steel.The structural characterizations of the composite materials were investigated,and the effects of GO addition level on the photoelectrochemical anti-corrosion properties of composite coatings were explored. The results showed that the nanocomposites had significantly improved absorption intensity in the ultraviolet and visible region. All TiO_(2)/GO/EP composite coatings with different proportions had photoelectric response and photocathodic protection effect,among which TiO_(2)/GO/EP-3 showed the most obvious photoelectric response with an photocurrent density of 0. 003 8 A/cm~2 and reducing the open circuit voltage to-681 mV. After nanocomposite particles were added in the epoxy resin,the water and alkali resistances of the coating were increased,the acid resistance was also improved,and the hardness and adhesion were significantly increased,which could provide good shielding protection and semiconductor photocathodic protection for the Q235 carbon steel.
