摘要
无机富锌防滑涂料的质量对钢结构的抗滑移系数有重要影响,从涂膜厚度、养护时间2个方面,研究其对抗滑移系数的影响。结果表明:随着无机富锌涂料膜厚的增加,抗滑移系数明显提高,膜厚达到100μm后,抗滑移系数可达0.630以上;随着无机富锌涂料养护时间的增加,抗滑移系数明显提高,养护时间小于7 d时,抗滑移系数不能满足要求,养护时间达到14 d以上,抗滑移系数可到0.657以上。
The inorganic zinc-rich anti-skid coatings was studied because the quality of the coating had a great influence on the anti-slip coefficient for steel structure. The influence of anti-slip coefficient was analyzed by different film thickness and curing time. The results showed that the anti-slip coefficient increased with the increase of film thickness. The antislip coefficient could reach over 0. 630 when the film thickness reached more than 100 μm.And the anti-slip coefficient increased with the increase of curing time. The anti-slip coefficient could not meet the requirement when the curing time was less than 7 days. And the anti-slip coefficient was over 0. 657 when the curing time was more than 14 days.
