针药联合治疗肾虚肝郁证早发性卵巢功能不全的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combined Acupuncture and Medicine in the Treatment of Premature Ovarian Insufficiency with Kidney Deficiency and Liver Stagnation Syndrome

目的 观察针药联合治疗肾虚肝郁证早发性卵巢功能不全的临床疗效。方法 将64例肾虚肝郁证早发性卵巢功能不全患者随机分为药物组(32例)和针药组(32例)。药物组进行雌孕激素序贯疗法+补肾舒肝方治疗,针药组在药物组治疗的基础上,同时进行针刺治疗。共治疗3个月后,比较两组的临床疗效及两组患者的血清促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)水平。结果 针药组总有效率为90.62%,明显高于药物组的70.00%(P<0.05);两组治疗后FSH、LH均明显降低,E2明显升高,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。针药组治疗后血清FSH、LH、E2水平与药物组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 针刺疗法联合中西药能调节肾虚肝郁证POI患者下丘脑-垂体-卵巢轴生殖功能,纠正内分泌功能紊乱,改善患者的卵巢功能。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with medicine in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome. Methods 64 patients with kidney deficiency and liver stagnation syndrome with premature ovarian insufficiency were randomly divided into medicine group(32 cases) and acupuncture-medicine group(32 cases). The medicine group were treated with estrogen progesterone sequential therapy combined with Bushen Shugan prescription, and the acupuncture-medicine group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the medicine group. After 3 months of treatment, The clinical efficacy and serum levels of FSH, LH and E2were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of acupuncture-medicine group was 90.62%, significantly higher than that of medicine group 70.00%(P<0.05). After treatment, FSH and LH were significantly decreased and E2was significantly increased in both groups, with statistical significance compared with before treatment(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in serum FSH, LH and E2levels between acupuncture-medicine group and medicine group after treatment(all P<0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture combined with Chinese and Western medicine can regulate reproductive function of hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, correct endocrine dysfunction and improve ovarian function of POI patients with kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome.
